Need help? No problem! There are many different ways to contact our support people. The main avenues for help are the following:

  • Visit our Wiki, which is loaded with troubleshooting tips. This is where we archive all the reliable and tested fixes we know for common problems, so it’s the best place to start.
  • Join one of our 24/7 inworld support groups, linked below. Best option for help if you can’t find the answer on the Wiki and you can log in to Second Life. There are no fixed shifts or guaranteed times of availability, but with over 30,000 members in our largest group, there will usually be a team member or helpful peer to answer your question. If you do catch us at an off-time, though, please try again later.
  • File a support ticket or bug report on our JIRA. Best option for help if your issue isn’t time-sensitive (response times may be slow), if you can’t log in or stay logged in to Second Life, or if your issue may be a bug in the viewer’s code that can only be fixed by a developer. If you need immediate assistance and can log in, even if it’s only on an alt or a different viewer, then the inworld support groups below are a better choice.
